Outbound Telesales ExecutiveUp to 30,000 per annum + BonusCalne, WiltshirePermanentA growing B2B business is seeking a confident, motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join its sales team.This is a proactive outbound role focused on generating new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team.Key Responsibilities:Making outbound calls to warm and cold leadsIdentifying and qualifying new business opportunitiesBooking appointments and demos for the sales teamManaging follow-ups and updating the CRMBuilding relationships with prospective customersAchieving activity and pipeline targets About You:Previous experience within outbound sales, telesales, or business developmentConfident and professional communication skillsTarget-driven, resilient, and self-motivatedComfortable building rapport with senior decision-makersCRM experience preferred What''s on Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structureHybrid working optionsFull training and ongoing supportLong-term career progression opportunitiesHours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am - 5pmSuccessful candidates will be contacted within 7 working days of their applications.
