Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced
e-Trade Business Analyst
to join our team in Manchester. The
e-Trade Business Analyst
will be responsible for designing, developing and embedding the generic elements of our functionality, test management and the continuous improvement of our e-commerce routes to market. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a deep understanding of customer behaviour. The goal is to improve the online quote, bind, amend and renewal experience for customers and to boost sales performance.What You’ll Be Doing
Analyse and understand the business’s needs and goals in relation to our online presence and functionalityDevelop and implement strategies to improve the performance of e-commerce platformsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall business objectivesConduct research on customer behaviour and market trends to inform e-commerce strategiesRecommend technology solutions to improve online customer experiences and business operationsPerform regular testing and analysis of the e-commerce capabilities to identify areas for improvementCreate detailed reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for business stakeholdersWork closely with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms and strategiesEnsure compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to e-commerce operationsOur Must Haves
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce and particularly Acturis and Insurer Extranet platformsStrong understanding of business strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a good knowledge of e-commerce technologiesProficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented and highly organizedKnowledge of customer behaviour and market trendsAbility to perform competitive analysis and identify market trendsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyWho We Are
