Site Manager Leeds 50,000 - 60,000 + Package An established and fast-growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Leeds. You''ll initially be responsible for managing the internal fit out on a 32-storey tower, working alongside an experienced project team to deliver the project through to completion. With approximately nine months remaining, this role offers excellent continuity, with a further project in Leeds already secured for the successful candidate. The contractor has a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and continues to expand across the North. The Role Manage day-to-day site operations during the internal fit out phase. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Drive health and safety across site. Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging. Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain. Ensure programme milestones are achieved. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor. Experience delivering high-rise residential, student accommodation or mixed-use developments. Strong fit out experience is essential. Excellent health and safety awareness.
