Part of your main responsibilities will include pushing the data resiliency agenda across the business. Looking at how data flows from source to destination across the technology landscape and what can be done to ensure there is no data loss, data corruption, ransomware / malware attacks and the data can be recovered within the impact tolerance of Important Business Services. Your experience and ability to identify data resiliency issues on middleware components will be a key part of your experience. Required Experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience in a similar role focused on improving the resilience of Data across banking or insurance sectorsExperience in batches, messaging queues, third party data connections, encryption, data recovery and backup, data vaulting, data integrity and cloud technologies is essential.Experience in understanding payments, cards, pensions, insurance, markets, trade and settlement, logon customer journeys.Technical knowledge of FCA, PRA, EBA guidelines on operational resilience.Misks and controls.Strong enterprise technical architecture backgroundService NowTOGAF Contract duration - 9 months (potential for extension)Day Rate: 800/day Inside IR35 via umbrellaLocations: Birmingham / Manchester / BristolHybrid
