A supportive and forward-thinking specialist school in Reading is seeking a Mental Health Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience working with young people who require additional emotional and mental health support. You will work with students who present with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma-related needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
