Due to ongoing bid success, they are now seeking a Site Manager to join their specialist team on a modular extension in Craigavon.Your new role Due to recent bid success, the company now requires a Site Manager, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the internal trades on this project based in the Craigavon area. The project will involve the erection of a new timber frame extension along with ramp access and external adaptations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the ground, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, whilst maintaining high levels of productivity between labourers and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.What you''ll need to succeed This project involves the delivery of substructures and drainage, a new two-storey modular office building, external cladding, MandE fit-out and final finishes.
