We''re working with a well-established manufacturer in the Needham Market area who is looking for a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator / Setter to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in metal fabrication who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC or manual press brake machines to meet job specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and set machines correctly for each task
• Carry out routine quality checks to ensure parts meet the required standards
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator and/or Setter
• Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans
• Confident using precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
• Awareness of health & safety practices in a workshop environment
