ThingCo has built a suite of revolutionary B2B and B2B products and services to address the weaknesses in the current marketplace using ThingCos deep understanding of telematics.Key responsibilities include working as part of the platform support team, maintaining cloud solutions for multiple client projects (development and live environments), and providing technical support across teams.Responsibilities

Participate as a member of the platform support teamSupport and maintain cloud solutions required by multiple client projects, both during development and when livePrepare and execute device testsSupport, modify and maintain 3rd party technologies to software solutions of medium to moderate complexityProvide technical support to Customer Support teamsResolution of calls ranging from simple password resets to complex system queriesEscalation of calls to Development Team as necessaryProvide company-wide IT supportAzure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship
