We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Installation Team Lead to lead the installation and delivery of technical security systems within highly secure government environments. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, supporting projects across the UK and overseas locations.Security Clearance and TravelApplicants must currently hold DV (Developed Vetting) clearance or be fully eligible and willing to obtain DV clearance.This role will require some overseas travel. Therefore, candidates must be able and willing to travel internationally as required.Key Responsibilities Lead installation teams on secure site deployments. Review designs, specifications and project documentation. Complete material take-offs and support equipment ordering. Test and prepare systems for deployment. Produce Health and Safety documentation and delivery plans. Manage installation activities on-site and coordinate resources. Liaise with customers, stakeholders and delivery teams. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and on-the-job training. Ensure installations are delivered safely and to government security standards.
