Based frome ither Sheffield, Leeds, Sunderland or Newcastle A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to deliver a number of contracts for them across The Midlands and the South East. The main objective of the role is to develop and implement the procurement strategies for a portfolio of national capital fit out healthcare contracts. Key duties will include: Manage the delivery of regional projects and commercial contract objectives. Achieve profitability and cost reduction targets across your project portfolio. Highlight exceptional variations, potential risks and opportunities across your contract portfolio. Produce financial and contractual performance forecasts, together with CVRs each month. Produce final accounts and conduct contractor reviews at project completion. Measuring projects onsite and supporting site meetings. Provide commercial advice to operational and engineering teams.
