We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work on a Permanent basis for a damp control/home ventilation services contractor based in Reading,Berkshire. The Building Surveyor Role: Remedial Dampness, Timber and mould surveying of all types of residential properties for social housing, commercial and private clients. Reporting of the results of these surveys and specification and costing of any required remedial works. Communication with clients regarding survey results and finding Communication with site staff regarding questions or finding once works have begun to provide advice and information in depth Coordination and collaboration with admin, sales and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Attending client and business meetings on site, remotely or at client premises. Ability to write professional reports that are grammatically correct and technically accurate Ability to organise your own schedule, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
