Full job descriptionQS VacancyWe are keen to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. The role includes working on drylining / partitioning andamp; ceiling contracts for a well-established Dry Lining and Partitions business.Duties to include :Production and pricing of BOQ drawings and specificationsMeeting agreed targetsPreparing tender and contract documentsFinancial analysis of current and upcoming projectsDevelop responses to commercial changesSub-contract managementLiaising with project management.About the candidate :Proven record in surveying / estimating, drylining contract experience desirable but not essential.Preferably a graduate in Quantity Surveying or similar 3rd Level QualificationComfortable with site visitsExcellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills.Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Project etc.BenefitsAnnual leave entitlementFurther benefits will be discussed at interview stageA competitive salary is available for the suitable candidate with the distinct possibility of progression within the management structure of the company.All levels of experience considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: 50,000 - 60,000.00 per year
