The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Plan, prioritise, and accurately process sales quotations and orders, ensuring all details are correctly transferred into the order management system. - Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring all orders are implemented with 100% accuracy. - Take full ownership of transactions from initiation to completion, working collaboratively with procurement and logistics teams to deliver results. - Adhere to administrative policies and procedures while maintaining detailed records of client communications and activities in the CRM system. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. - Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable feedback to support business development. - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
