This is an opportunity to lead the formulation, procurement and delivery of major capital and revenue investment programmes, including disabled adaptations, refurbishments, and minor works across a significant housing portfolio.The role: You will take responsibility for developing and delivering investment programmes that ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, while driving long-term asset strategy.
