The Client

Our clients team has over 25 years of experience within the Construction industry. Their projects include new build developments, extensions, conversions and refurbishments on residential and commercial buildings.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing around 3 projects at any one time. These could be new build or refurbishment projects that range in value up to -5 million. The client''s current and upcoming workload focuses on Commercial builds (inclduing school''s, retail and offices).

You will be required to travel for the role across the Yorkshire region and up to the North East however, no overnight stays will be involved.
