Family Assessment Worker Location: Birmingham Contract Type: Temporary Pay Rate: 12.62 per hour Shift Pattern: Days and Nights (including lone working nights) Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Assessment Worker to join a residential family assessment service supporting families where there are Child Protection concerns. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments that inform care planning and court proceedings. You will work closely with families, observing and recording parenting capacity, child care tasks, and family interactions in line with the National Assessment Framework, ensuring all assessments are objective, detailed, and professional.
