Full Time Hospitality Assistant Manager

to join our expanding team at Groves Restaurant within Hamstreet Garden Centre.Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants and kitchens, enforcing Company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of food standards, safety and presentation, and promoting excellence in customer service leading by example.The successful candidate will have a high standard of personal hygiene and smart appearance and must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a calm exterior. experience is essential , kitchen experience of benefit but full training will be provided.Please note this role includes weekend and Bank Holiday
