ROLE Blend specialty chemicals in batches up to 15,000 litres using cutting-edge equipment Champion safety and ISO 9001 quality standards Supervise a small team, manage production schedules, and drive process improvements Ensure safe chemical handling and inventory control Mentor staff and contribute to a top-notch safety culture YOU Experience supervising in the chemical industry IOSH Managing Safely (or higher) and a Counterbalance FLT licence Sharp focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement IT skills (SAP or LMS experience is a plus) GCSEs in Maths, English, and Chemistry (C or above) Why Apply?
