An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Health and Safety Coordinator to provide administrative and organisational support across the organisation''s health and safety activities, whilst also getting involved in a more hands on approach. This role could potentially have the opportunity to work across the group of companies and will support the Manager in maintaining a safe working environment that complies with relevant Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate health and safety records and documentation, supporting the review and updating of policies and procedures, and assisting with risk assessments and COSHH assessments. The successful candidate will report to the Maintenance and Service Manager and Operations Director and will play an important role in promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation. Job Description for the Health and Safety Coordinator are: Maintain accurate health and safety records, documentation, and databases. Assist with the preparation, review, and updating of health and safety policies and procedures Support the completion and maintenance of risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and safe working procedures.
