The Team and Focus of the RoleWe have a very exciting opportunity for a Land Referencer or Senior Land Referencer to come and join our rapidly expanding Land Referencing team. This role is pivotal in assisting to expand the knowledge and experience we currently have in the team, to meet the increasing needs of our clients. You could be a Land Referencer currently, or you could already be a Senior Land Referencer who is looking for a new and fresh challenge. Whichever level you are, there will be huge opportunities to develop and grow within our newly created team.We have been providing land referencing services for projects large and small for over 20 years. The team work on major projects across a range of utilities, from small solar farms to large reservoir and electricity schemes, alongside other smaller land referencing projects with a unified approach and working practice. Working closely with the project delivery and GIS teams, our land referencing team is key to the consistent and proven delivery of diligent land referencing to support DCO''s/CPOs or TWAOS.This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), and can be based from any of our Midlands offices (Ashby, Stafford or Birmingham) within our hybrid working policy.In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:A discretionary bonus schemeA generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus your birthday off and two extra half days allocated for Christmas Eve and
