They will help, empower and engage teams towards a more established safety culture. You will:Work closely with Operational Managers and teams to improve and implement safe systemsCollate safety data and complete management reviews of plansDeliver key training activitiesEnsure compliance to legislationTrack and plan improvements to safety processesImprove the site''s complianceMaximise regulatory complianceManage a small EHS teamProfileTo be a successful Interim Health and Safety Manager you should have:A recognised qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.Experience in implementing health and safety policies in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and compliance requirements, including Fire and the Environment.Previous experience of implementing systems and demonstrat
