This is an rare opportunity for a Contracts Manager to become an integral part of a small high end bespoke construction company, overseeing a team of skilled craftsman, providing new builds, conversions and extensions to properties in the local area to predominantly domestic project clients. You will have solid experience as a Contracts Manager, covering quoting, client communication, overseeing up to 3 projects at a time, working closely with the site Foreman and teams to ensure that projects are running to time and as per plan and cost. Ideally you will have been hands on in a trade yourself, having worked up to Managing contracts, understanding regulations and compliance, preferably with an MCIB qualification, with high values and ethos in your work and approach. This Contracts Manager will be working alongside the business owner, helping to build the company and benefiting from profit share, vehicle (after probation) and be highly involved in the company.
