Azure Platform EngineerRemote 650 - 700 per day inside ir35 6 months+SC security clearance is required for this role Role OverviewI am looking for experienced Azure Cloud Platform Engineers to support the design, delivery, and operation of secure, MOD-aligned cloud platforms across UK defence and national security programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and support secure Azure cloud platforms in line with MOD and NCSC standardsImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templatesEngineer Azure networking solutions including VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, and ExpressRouteImplement identity and access controls using Azure AD, RBAC, PIM, and Conditional AccessImplement monitoring, logging, and security tooling such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an Azure Cloud / Platform EngineerStrong hands-on Azure experience across IaaS and PaaSInfrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)Azure networking and security best practicesCI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similarExperience working within secure or regulated environments DesirablePrevious experience on MOD or defence programmesAzure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305 or equivalent)Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure SDLC practicesFamiliarity with IL4 / IL5 environments If you are interested in this role, please feel free to submit your CV
