My client is a prestigious experimental branding and exhibition agency based in Surrey and looking to recruit and add to their paint department, providing an excellent opportunity to join our company at a very exciting time.

Role Overview

The role will be to work within the in-house paint department, pre finishing, spray painting props and furniture and set panels generally using polyurethane paint to a high standard.

Essential Duties

• Prepare parts for spray painting
• Following principles and practices of spray painting application
• Operation of all spraying equipment guns and similar
• Observe machines gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
• Determine paint flow and coating quality by performing visual inspections
• Knowledge of wash and pre-treatments
• Ensure that all components are produced/sprayed efficiently and are consistent with company goals for quality and customer time frames
• Monitor quality standards and processes are always met & used
• Ensure safety guidelines are met to assure a safe working environment
• Load and unload parts or products onto trolleys and racks

To be considered for this role, you will come from a similar background within spray painting within the commercial furniture sector.
