You should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team to achieve quality products!The Role:Operate and maintain Heidelberg Stahl Folders, Polar Guillotine, and Horizon finishing equipment. (Experience on all would be of an advantage)Set up and run guillotines to cut printed materials accurately, ensuring minimal waste.Perform folding, creasing, perforating, and other finishing processes to required specifications.Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high finishing standards.Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on finishing equipment.Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company health and safety procedures.Assist with additional finishing tasks such as laminating, binding, and booklet-making when required.Skills and Experience Required:Previous experience as a Print Finisher or Guillotine OperatorProficiency with Heidelberg Stahl Folders, Polar Guillotine, and Horizon machinery.Strong attention to detail and ability
