The kind of people who stay calm during challenging moments, celebrate the little wins and understand that every child''s journey looks different.Experience in schools is brilliant, but it''s not essential.We''d also love to hear from people with backgrounds in youth work, care, coaching, support work, mental health, residential settings or roles supporting children and adults with additional needs.
