As Director of People Strategy and Culture, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction and ensuring our client''s people strategy underpins every decision. You will lead workforce transformation, drive culture change and deliver a modern People Strategy aligned with financial sustainability and educational excellence. You will develop leadership capability across the College, act as a trusted advisor at Executive level and lead a high-impact, insight-led People function. Our client is looking for a senior HR leader with a proven track record in organisational transformation, confident at Board level, commercially aware and passionate about developing leaders.
