This role is responsible for setting and delivering a clear, commercially grounded recruitment strategy that protects and grows market share across their core disciplines of Music, Performing Arts, Screen and Film, and Gaming.You will take overall responsibility for how they attract, convert and admit students, ensuring that strategy, systems, people and resources are aligned to deliver against institutional objectives.
