Job Title: Account Manager / Business Development Manager (Drinks Industry)Salary: 45,000- 55,000 + 20% annual bonus Benefits: Company car, industry-leading training, progression opportunities Location: Designated postcode area (field-based)Role PurposeTo deliver the agreed budgeted margin within your designated postcode territory by growing sales, expanding the active customer base, and maximising revenue from existing accounts. You will represent the business in your region, driving commercial performance, building strong customer relationships, and bringing valuable market insights back into the organisation.A background in the drinks industry is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve commercial targets, including your contribution to depot or regional gross margin.Grow the territory by meeting pre-agreed new business acquisition targets.Retain and develop existing accounts, increasing spend through effective category selling and up-selling initiatives.Manage the debt ledger for your area, ensuring timely payment collection and accurate account documentation.Deliver brand performance targets across key and drive brands in collaboration with brand partners.Provide outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.Take full ownership of customer accounts, ensuring effective end-to-end account management.Collaborate with internal teams such as Telesales, Credit Control, Sales Support, Distribution, and Administration.Organise technical installations for draught
