This is an excellent opportunity to develop both technical expertise and leadership skills.What you''ll need to succeedYou will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and have a current practising certificate. Experience in commercial contracts and UK public procurement law is essential, along with knowledge in at least two of the following areas: local government law and procedure, company law/joint ventures, PPP/PFI/academy conversions, TUPE, subsidy law, intellectual property, or construction law.
