Account Manager required to maintain a portfolio of established customers within a leading job board. The successful candidate would service customers on a day to day basis, with a view to ensuring best customer service practice is achieved. You will be responsible for renewing/reviewing contracts and will act as a first point of contact for customer queries. You will also deal with incoming calls/enquiries from new/prospective businesses with a view to advising the most suitable solution and following up accordingly. You will also undertake administrative tasks to help with the day to day running of the Sales process. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
