Join us, and get better with every move.We are currently seeking two additions to our Slough based team. Initially proposed as fixed term contracts for 12 months. Supporting our corporate teams these roles are office based so will require the successful candidate to commute to the Slough office 5 days a week.Salary will be £24,297 per annum plus benefits inc. 25 days holiday, pension and bonus scheme**Purpose of role*** Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customers* Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution* Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts**Key Responsibilities*** Deal with incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts or Franchisee partners* Resolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership for any which are passed to other teams for resolution* Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints* Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs* Utilise all tools and systems provided by LeasePlan and its suppliers* Build rapport and confidence within our customer base**Skills, Experience and Background*** Customer facing experience* Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone* Ability to show empathy and support to customers* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent* Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers* Good command written English to enable email communication with customers* Strong work ethic* ResilienceWith over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
