Finance Improvement Manager 12 month FTCHybrid 75,000 - 80,000A UK charity is seeking an experienced Finance Improvement Manager to lead a programme of process improvement across the finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Finance-level candidate who enjoys improving the way finance operates, strengthening controls and embedding more efficient and effective processes. Working closely with senior Finance stakeholders and the wider organisation, you will review existing processes, identify areas for improvement and lead practical change across the finance function. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a programme of finance process improvement and transformation across the organisationReview existing finance processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvementRedesign and implement improved processes, controls and ways of workingImprove the efficiency and effectiveness of month-end, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controlsDrive standardisation and consistency across finance processesReview and strengthen financial controls, governance and documentationWork closely with Finance leadership and wider business stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvementsLead process reviews, workshops and improvement initiatives across the finance functionDevelop clear process documentation, guidance and operating proceduresSupport finance teams through change, ensuring new processes are embedded effectivelyIdentify ..... full job details .....
