You''ll support users face to face, resolve day to day IT issues, and gain hands on exposure to projects, cyber security, automation, and cloud technologies. Strong Microsoft tech skills (Windows 10/11, M365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)Comfortable supporting users onsiteGood communicator with a proactive attitudeGenuine interest in cyber securityAny exposure to Azure, Intune, EntraID and Powershell are desirable but not essential.This is a permanent role, based in the office 5 days a week.
