THE OPPORTUNITYYou will work closely with the MD and Directors to ensure our finances are not merely recorded - but understood, managed, and used to drive better decisions. You will be a voice at the table, not a function behind the scenes.On some days you will be the calm and methodical guardian of compliance: PAYE, VAT, payroll, statutory filings - accurate, timely, zero drama. On others you will be the sharpest mind in the room on pricing, margin, cashflow, or cost.We need someone who moves elegantly between both modes - and who finds both genuinely engaging. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full ownership of management accounts, ledgers, month-end reporting
