Action for Children are seeking an experienced Team Leader (Deputy Manager) to join Willow Lodge, a therapeutic residential home supporting young people aged 15-16 with EBD.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Team Leader, Deputy Manager or Senior Residential experience
• Team Teach trained
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• Strong trauma-informed and safeguarding knowledge

Key Duties:

• Lead and support the residential care team
• Oversee care plans and risk assessments
• Promote positive outcomes for young people
• Support staff development and supervision
• Maintain high safeguarding and care standards

Working Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
