Warranty Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Wirral.
 
For your hard work as a Warranty Administrator our client is offering a salary of £30,000-£32,000 with an OTE of £34,000 .

Responsibilities:

- Manage warranty claims for the company
- Use Kerridge DMS 
- Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
- Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
- Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed

Requirements:

- Have a previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Strong Warranty Administration background, or have worked within service administration/workshop control
- Good organisational and communication skills
- An eye for detail
