What you''ll be doing: Maintain and support a Windows-based Live Service Network, including hosted applications. Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues efficiently. Document processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure clarity and compliance. Keep accurate records of network components, maintenance activities, and inventory using appropriate databases.
