supporting guests with their retail wants and needs, inspiring your team, and setting the standard for a fun, friendly experience from day one.The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include:Acting as a Mad Swans ambassador for retail, actively encouraging guests to engage in some retail therapy and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphereAssisting with guest enquiries and act as a key point of contact for guests interested in Retail, as well as Golf, Racquets or Putt PatchOverseeing the Shop at Mad Swans in the Mendips, taking the lead on merchandising, looking for opportunities to maximise guest happiness and upsell opportunities.Working with the Sports Manager and Head of Sports to identify new retail products and brands to enhance the offering to guests.To work with the Sports Manager and Head of Sports on selecting the new season collections for each retail brand, targeting the various demographics of our customers.Being very hands on and active within the team on a day-to-day basisAssisting with new bookings and changesEnsuring The Retail Shop is clean, tidy and well presented at all timesReview daily bookings, lessons, societies and events for guests in Golf, Racquets, The Swing Barn and The Putt PatchProactively upselling to guests, including food, drinks and other activitiesPromoting our Mad Swans Loyalty ProgrammeManaging a small team which will work across all areas of the Sports TeamEnsuring the Sports Team is well presented, following all standard operating procedures and delivering excellent guest serviceWork closely with the Sport Manager, Racquets Team Leader and Golf Team Leader and cover other areas of the Sports Department as and when requiredThis is a full-time permanent position and will work any five days out of seven. Earnings for this role is to £32,000/annum, including TRONC (Tips and Service Charge).Location

shift times will vary throughout the week; however, the operational times will be from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.Working Days

this role will work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis.
