Empowering Learning is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to work within nurseries and early years settings across Sheffield.

We are looking for caring, reliable and passionate practitioners who can provide high-quality care and education, helping young children learn, develop and thrive.

• Supporting children''s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

• Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Supporting children''s communication, language, social and emotional development.

• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

• Observing, assessing and recording children''s progress.

• Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child''s individual needs.

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.

• Level 3 qualifications in English and Maths - essential.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
