Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for change and transformation? Join the team at a law firm in London A leading global law firm specialising in a variety of sectors including insurance, transport, construction, energy, trade, and commodities who are committed to diversity and the improvement of business practices. This is a contract role for 6 months initially.In this role you will.Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.Develop strong relationships with client groups and understand business operations.Help drive new ways of working and bring your knowledge of Change and Transformation in business.Collaborate with all areas of the business and HRBP''s to enhance employee engagement and culture.Lead employee surveys, analyse feedback, and implement action plans.Develop strategic workforce plans, identify skills gaps, and plan succession.Use HR analytics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.Guide and support leaders in people management.Oversee Talent Management, Performance Moderation, Salary Review, and Promotion processes.Handle complex employee relations and mediate conflicts.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal, or top tier professional services. CIPD qualification preferred.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Organisational development and change management.Excellent communication, interper
