You will contribute to concept design, detailed calculations, specifications, reports, and coordinated MEP solutions while guiding more junior engineers and supporting multidisciplinary design teams.Key responsibilities include: Leading mechanical design packages from concept to deliveryProducing calculations, performance specifications, and technical documentationCoordinating designs with internal MEP teams and external stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and best practicesSupporting digital workflows including BIM/Revit environmentsAttending design meetings, presenting technical solutions, and managing client relationshipsMentoring and developing junior team membersContributing to bids, fee proposals, and resource planning What you''ll need to succeed Extensive mec
