Role OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, with a primary focus on autism. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and group support to students with autism, ensuring their unique learning needs are met.Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).Foster a positive
