Lead operational oversight of CLO transactions (CLO 1.0 and 2.0), including warehouse setup, deal closing, and post-close administrationLiaise with trustees, agents, and legal teams to ensure compliance with indenture termsMaintain and optimize CLO reporting tools (e.g., WSO, WSO Compliance)Manage waterfall calculations, payment distributions, and tranche-level reportingConduct surveillance and stress testing across EU and US CLO portfoliosRequired Skills and Experience

8+ years in investment operations or CLO management within asset management, banking, or fund administrationDeep understanding of CLO structures, offering memorandums, and indenture documentationProficiency in systems such as WSO, ClearPar, Bloomberg, and Excel/VBAStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a high-volume environmentExperience with regulatory reporting (e.g., ESMA, SEC) and audit coordination
