Our client based in CV37 Stratford upon Avon is looking for a night shift operator.- 14.75/ph-Temp to perm after 16 weeks-Shift pattern, Nights - 5 on, 2 off, 5 on, 3 off repeated-7pm till 7am- 200 per month attendance bonus when on nights (but lost if a sick day is taken within that pay month). This is when taken on after probation.-3% performance bonus paid twice a year, Summer and Christmas. This is when taken on after probation.Responsible for all aspects of Production of our products range.Follow daily production plan as outlined by your supervisor or production manager.Ensure products are confirming to ISO/BAA or any other certificate requirements from a quality perspective.Daily checking on material or equipment specifications and performance requirements.Participate in a cross-functional teamwork environment.Working with hand tools, Machines and Chemicals when trVained, following all safety requirements.Ensure accurate completion of associated paperwork/records.Responsible for a high level of housekeeping in your area is adhered to at all timesWhat we''re looking forPrevious night shift experience in a similar environment-Excellent communication skills-Great time management skillsBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
