Lead and manage the English and Maths curriculum across Abingdon and Witney campuses.Champion innovative teaching and learning strategies that raise achievement and engagement.Collaborate with cross-college teams to embed English and Maths into vocational pathways.Use data-driven insights to shape curriculum development and improve learner outcomes.Inspire and develop a high-performing team of lecturers and support staff.What We’re Looking For
