Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapted to meet individual needsSupport students with varying SEN profiles to develop literacy skills, communication, and a love of learningCreate and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environmentWork closely with the SENCO, pastoral staff, and external agencies to support each student''s EHCP and wellbeingTrack and report on student progress, using formative and summative assessmentsContribute to the wider life of the provision, including enrichment, mentoring, and behaviour support initiatives What We''re Looking ForQualified Teacher Status /PGCE (QTS or QTLS) not compulsoryExperience teaching English, ideally within an SEN, PRU, or AP settingStrong knowledge of strategies to support learners with SEND, especially SEMHA trauma-informed and relations
