Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm; Friday, 7:00am-1:30pm
Overtime: Available

About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Joiners to join a well-established manufacturing business producing fibreglass products for the construction and utilities sectors.
As a Joiner, you will measure, cut and assemble timber components used to manufacture frames, moulds and structures for GRP products. You will work from technical drawings and measurements, using woodworking machinery and hand tools to ensure finished components meet quality standards.

Duties

• Measuring, cutting and assembling timber components
• Manufacturing timber frames, moulds and structures
• Reading technical drawings and following measurements
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Using saws, drills and other woodworking equipment
• Checking finished components for quality and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Practical joinery or woodworking experience
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements
• Experience using hand tools and woodworking machinery
• Good attention to detail and manual handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Right to Work in the UK
