CURRENT SHIFTS AVAILABLE AS OF 21/071X Dayshift, 2X Nights and 1X Weekend DayshiftThis position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the creation of high-performance components for an F1 team, with the potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre components to exact specifications using moulds and technical drawingsWork from detailed lay-up books, patterns, and instructions to produce complex composite partsOperate within clean room conditions, ensuring minimal contamination and high-quality outputFollow strict processes for vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparing parts for autoclave curingCarry out visual inspections for defects and adhere to all quality assurance protocolsMaintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety standardsCollaborate with the composite fitting and trimming teams where requiredJob Requirements:Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in Formula 1 or significant experience in high-level motorsport/aerospaceExpertise in pre-preg lay-up and cleanroom working environmentsAbility to interpret and follow detailed technical documentationStrong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of finishProactive and flexible attitude to work, especially under tight deadlinesTeam-oriented with excellent communication and time management skillsIf you have the expertise and passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced motorsport environment, we would love to h
