Huntswood are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Risk Manager to support a large project with our retail baking client. As a Risk Manager you will be leading activities that ensure we meet all Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRR) related to Own Funds, Eligible Liabilities, and RWA risk types.Location

Leverage broad 1LOD Risk experience (Credit, Market, Counterparty, CVA) to evidence and document complianceApply deep knowledge of Capital and RWA LRRs (CRR, PRA, Supervisory Statements)Analyse complex financial and risk data to support robust assuranceDrive risk management, audit, or controls initiatives across multiple teams and projectsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, delivering high-quality documentation and reportingWhat we\''re looking for

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex or sensitive information to a variety of audiencesA proactive approach to identifying risk mitigation opportunities and developing new frameworks or procedures to support control and governance agendaExperience consulting on complex issues and providing expert advice to key stakeholders to resolve escalated mattersThe ability to influence and convince stakeholders to achieve the right outcomesStrong organisational skills, with a track record of tracking deliverables to completion and driving progress over timeAbout us
